I grieved to leave London without having seen you; but I hope you have received an invitation to a City feast tomorrow and are free to accept it, as I shaH run up by rail from Oxford on purpose to call on you at No 33 Bloomsbury Street, and in time to be at the appointed place a quarter before 5 o'clock.
The enclosed note I got here this morning will more fully. You will see a good scene of London much gratify
